At Parterre you can be yourself and still be with your family and friends at the same time, you don't have to crowd around one TV every apartment has there own facilities, but most of the apartments have enough room to spend time together.

You can get here by car, we have a car parking space for every apartment, By train direct from London, the train ticket can include train travel on the mainland, ferry or hovercraft to the island then train travel to Sandown, all with less walking than you would do at an airport. We can arrange or advise

Here at Parterre House when you enter the building you come into our communal hall area, then leading off these are your private apartments, this means if your apartment door is open then only people in the building can get access, also your children will be safe between rooms, no traffic or roads to cross.

We can arrange ferry travel with upto 50% discount, We are walking distance to the train station, Beach and many bus routes. There are over a dozen cafes and another 20 restaurants, we are also walking distance to Co-op and Sainsbury's local and there is an out of town supermarket less than a mile away
